LOCAL SHIPPING
All our precious parcels are shipped via Australia Post 500g, 1kg or 3kg tracked parcels. They do not require a signature on delivery, however if you would like express shipping an additional cost is required via a PayPal invoice. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us for additional information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international parcels are shipped within a week of purchase and do not have tracking. If you would like tracking, please contact us via info@dearabigael.com and we can add that in for you. 

We endeavour to pack and post all parcels within 2-3 days after purchasing, however we are small family business with little blossoms to tend to so please be patient. 

To keep you in the loop we send a shipping notification via email or SMS to your preferred contact number. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for shipping depending on your location.

From time to time things go wrong and parcels get lost! Oh no! We will always try to find a solution that keeps us all having a happy day.
