As a small business I am so grateful for each and every purchase made at Dear Abigael. I truly believe in clothing having the power to make us feel fabulous, so I want to ensure that you enjoy your purchase.

We are dedicated to providing One Size clothing that genuinely fits a variety of bodies that would normally wear an Australian size 10-20 and often up to 24. We believe that this helps to alleviate stress around sizing as well as reduce waste and returns.

If you find that you would like to return your order, Dear Abigael accepts unworn, unused returns with tags attached for a refund or exchange. For Full Price items we usually offer a full refund. For sale or reduced items we usually offer exchange or credit note. 

Cost of shipping to return a full price or reduced item for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. 

Please fill out the form below including your full name, address and reason for the exchange BEFORE returning your items. A member of our team will kindly process your return.

As we are conscious of the impact on the environment that return orders create we urge you to contact us at anytime during your purchase process so that we can assist you with size, style and colour queries or any other questions you may have. We also urge you to consider regifting your purchase to reduce return traffic.
